**Role Overview**

You will join our Corporate Operations team as an administrator focusing on our Contractor onboarding process and support. This newly created role will give you the opportunity to imbed yourself into our back-end Operations Team and allow skills development and growth as well as give you the opportunity to work really closely with our Contractors and Clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Carrying out and maintaining all documentation updates for our Contractor Care team; including contractual and legislative amendments
- Managing our Contractor enquiries inbox and responding accordingly
- Implementing and maintaining a regular Contractor call cycle
- Managing all client & internal reporting requirements
- Monitoring Contractor extensions and executing extension agreements
- Managing Contractor onboarding process for our smaller boutique clients and payroll-only Contractors
- Answer and maintain contractor queries, while always keeping the contractor care factor at the forefront

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 2 years administration exposure (will consider applicants with an ability to learn quickly and adapt)
- Excellent time management, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong emotional intelligence, positive attitude and self-driven
- Efficient Microsoft Office skills across Word & Excel
