Take your HR / Recruitment administration career to the next level joining our supportive team, managing the administration for our Contractors in Technology & Transformation.
What will your typical day look like?
No two days are the same in this fast-paced and people-centric role.
The Contractor Management Consultant will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions associated with Contractor management. You will work closely with the Workforce Management Lead and team to successfully deliver the required support to various Partners, Principals, Directors and Project Managers across the Technology & Transformation (T&T) business. The position is essentially an administrative based function, frequently liaising with T&T leadership, QRM, Procurement and CXC Global.
In looking after the administration for our Contractor team, you will be responsible for regularly liaising with our payroll providers and our Partners to ensure that the details of timesheets and reports has been provided and is correct enabling smooth processing. You will also be involved in updating databases, liaising regarding contract extensions, preparing reports and coordinating our Contractor workforce within the Technology & Transformation team.

You may have all or some of the following skills and experiences:
- 1-3 years' experience in workforce management, staffing, scheduling, human resources, project management or PMO —ideally within a professional services environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of discretion when handling sensitive matters
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills, with intermediate skills in PowerPoint
- Extremely organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- A calm, confident presence under pressure, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
