The Opportunity

We're looking for entrepreneurial, self-driven physiotherapists to take ownership of their region and help us expand YLPhysio's reach.

As a Regional Contractor, you'll have the freedom to:

• Build and manage your own small team of subcontractors in your area as you see fit
• Deliver home visit physiotherapy services under the YLPhysio brand
• Manage your own local schedule and patient relationships, with a dedicated contractor manager and patient manager for additional support
• Be rewarded directly for your leadership, initiative and patience (growth opportunities available).

This is not a standard contractor position — it's a chance to get started in your own operation under a brand with growing referrals, marketing support and systems already in place.

What to Expect (Realistic Growth & Transparency)

YLPhysio is a growing home-visit physiotherapy business that's currently in its early stages of expansion across Sydney. We're transparent in saying that referrals are limited at the moment as we continue building partnerships and our patient base.

You'll start with a small number of patients, gradually increasing your caseload as referrals grow. Our long-term goal is to expand your capacity to oversee multiple subcontractors within your region — giving you the opportunity to build and lead your own local team under the YLPhysio brand.

This isn't a short-term position for someone only seeking 1–5 extra patients. It's best suited to a physiotherapist who:

• Already has a stable primary income elsewhere (e.g. clinic or community role) with long term goals to transition as your case load increases.
• Is patient, self-driven, and entrepreneurial, wanting to build something sustainable over time.
• Is passionate about becoming a key part of a company with strong long-term growth ambitions (1, 3, 5 year targets).

What's Involved

• Receive patient referrals directly from YLPhysio / Receive support for your own referrals (we do the work of acquiring patients for you, you focus on delivering a high standard of care)
• Utilise YLPhysio's existing partnership relations with NDIS providers to see NDIS patients.
• Earn a flat rate of $100 per session — with the option to subcontract others at your discretion as your case load increases/as you see fit.
• Receive ongoing clinical/business support to help you grow as a contractor within our business.
• Handle strictly regional scheduling, patient allocation, patient satisfaction and local contractor support (we deal with the rest)
• Maintain clinical standards and communication with our head office.
• Use our systems for streamlined admin and payments.

What We're Looking For

• Fully registered Physiotherapist (AHPRA) with ABN and relevant insurances.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in community, aged care, or private practice.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — motivated to grow your own team and region.
• Strong communication, time management and clinical documentation skills.
• Alignment with YLPhysio's mission to deliver excellent, patient-centred care.

What We Provide

Remuneration

• $100 flat rate per visit (paid fortnightly).
• Commission for acquisition of referrals not obtained through YLPhysio.
