Physiotherapist – Contractor Role | Northern Beaches & North Shore

We're a mobile allied health provider delivering Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Exercise Physiology across the Northern Beaches and North Shore of Sydney. Our team works in homes, aged care facilities, gyms, pools, and community settings — wherever our clients need us most. We pride ourselves on providing personalised, evidence-based care that helps people stay active, independent, and achieving their goals.

About the Role

We're looking for a Physiotherapist to join us 1–2 days per week to start, with scope for more days as we continue to grow. This role has come about because of increasing demand for our services — it's an exciting time to join and help shape LeapCare's next chapter.

You'll be working with a diverse caseload across community and aged care settings, with flexibility and autonomy in your day. Support is always available from our Principal Physio and Director, and you'll be part of a friendly, values-driven team that genuinely cares about client outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on therapy and exercise prescription
  • Support clients with mobility, strength, and independence goals
  • Educate clients and families for long-term health outcomes
  • Travel to clients across the Northern Beaches & North Shore

What You'll Need

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Physiotherapy
  • Strong skills in assessment, manual therapy & exercise prescription
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Driver's licence and own vehicle
