**About the role**

Reporting into the Business Management function, this is a critical role to the business as you will be responsible T+O+M’s relationship with contractors’ post-placement. This involves all administrative aspects of contract lifecycles as well as contractor care. You will work with internal stakeholders to raise and resolve contractor-related issues as well as liaising with client representatives.

Supporting a high-paced team of consultants, you will also have responsibilities for administrative activities involved in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and supporting consultants in their recruitment activities.

You will also be responsible for delivering T+O+M’s marketing strategy, with particular focus on digital aspects.

Previous experience as an office administrator and/or recruitment agency will be an advantage, and prior experience or passion for digital marketing will be highly advantageous.
