About the RoleAs a Psychologist at BridgePoint Allied Care, you will play a vital role in helping individuals improve their mental health and well-being. You will work closely with GPs and other health professionals to deliver holistic, patient-centered care within a medical centre environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and provide tailored therapy.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that empower patients in their mental health recovery.
- Communicate with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line with ethical and professional standards.
- Foster a warm, welcoming, and supportive therapeutic environment.
About You
- AHPRA registration as a Clinical Psychologist
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology.
- Have permanent rights to work in Australia
- Eligibility for a Medicare provider number.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to the allied health care clinic team
- A compassionate, patient-focused approach with the ability to build rapport easily.
- Commitment to evidence-based treatment and continuous professional development.
