Invoicing Administrator

**Role Description**
**Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Fleet invoicing/management
Compiling data from E-vouchers for purchase orders
Collect information for Purchase Orders, ensure all details are correct and that finance are able to pay
Gather approvals from managers for invoices & getting them signed off
Generating some ad hoc invoices
Ordering some business cards/marketing materials
General record keeping/administration
**The successful applicant will have proven experience in a Credit/AR Role, as well as the following attributes**:
- Strong communication skills
- Engaging; happy to have conversations with people in the business
- Experience working with invoicing and purchase orders; knowing what is required for payment to be made
- Fleet experience nice to have
- SAP Experience desirable
- Salesforce Experience desirable
- FMCG Experience desirable
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $47,639.03 - $100,501.86 per year

- Evening shift
