An Invoice Operations Consultant position has become available in our Health Services team team, reporting into the Invoice Operations Manager. **This is a hybrid role** and can be based out of our Melbourne office when not working from home. The team is only required to work Tuesdays in the office and the rest are flexible. The also offers team flexible working hours.
ADF Health Services Contract provides integrated and seamless end-to-end health support to 85,000 Australia Defence Force (ADF) personnel across 59 facilities. This includes integrated workforce providing health services such as primary and occupational healthcare, dental, physiotherapy, mental health and psychology services, pharmacy, occupational rehabilitation and health administration.
The Invoice Operations Consultant will be responsible for the day to day operations of all administration and processing tasks for the Invoice Operations Team.
**How will I help?**
Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:
- Invoicing assessment and processing for payment;
- Inbound and outbound calls with providers;
- Enquiry Support;
- Management of queue work;
- Accountable for your scorecard and its deliverables; and
- Attending and participating in team meetings, coaching sessions, training and one on ones.

**What do I need?**
- Experience in customer service roles; and
- Previous exposure to fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Processing and administration (data entry) experience
- Contact care experience (desired, not a requirement)
- High volume processing skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed turnaround times (SLA’s/KPI’s)
