The **P&C Reporting, Insights and Systems Analyst **role reports to the Head of People Operations. The purpose of this role is to ensure we have a greater understanding of the workforce within the business and the experience they have during their time with AFCA through all HR information systems and people data.

This role is the custodian of people data and responsible for the overall data integrity and functionality of people systems. This will include the management, administration and continuous improvement of the HRIS and LMS systems and participating in HR projects. This position will be responsible for providing the business and People & Culture teams with accurate and timely reports, as well as insights from people data, to drive improved business decision-making.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Experience in a similar role preferably within a process driven environment
- Experience developing Power BI reports or developer experience with equivalent visualisation software. Demonstrated experience analysing in interpreting large, complex data sets
- Microsoft Excel super user (pivots, database connections, advanced functions, creation of macros)
- Advanced SQL including view creation, maintenance and access controls
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to engage and present information to a wide variety of stakeholders
- Extensive HR systems reporting, HR process, and project management experience required
- Experience within a People & Culture function with a good understanding of key HR processes and the back-end components of modules such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, learning & development, performance, and compensation
- Previous HRIS system administrator experience. HR3 and PeopleStreme experience would be advantageous, but not essential
- Experience with the implementation process of new systems (including data migration) will be highly regarded
