**About the role**
It’s an exciting time to join the People and Culture (P&C) function at NESA. We are in a period of growth, transforming our operating model and service offerings to enable exceptional business outcomes. In addition to enhancing delivery of core operational services and pursuing new enabling technology solutions, the People and Culture team is responsible for designing and delivering an exciting agenda of strategic people priorities and programs.
As a member of our Partnering team, you will coordinate the delivery and maintenance of a range of automated processes designed to support our leaders and teams to request services through P&C, and perform system administration activities for a range of platforms, including survey and learning tools to support and enable P&C leads to deliver people priorities and programs. This role is also responsible for undertaking workforce and systems reporting and provides a great opportunity to work across teams to identify opportunities to better leverage existing systems and facilitate consistent delivery to the business.
**We are looking for a highly motivated individual to**:
- Monitor automated P&C owned and third-party processes to meet business and employee needs.
- Undertake user acceptance testing and results to ensure processes meet legislative requirements and provide a positive user experience.
- Coordinate the allocation of online learning licences and undertake administrative activities to enable effective delivery of P&C initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of proposed system and process changes and create process guidance material to upskill people leaders and team members
- Conduct research and use problem solving skills to respond to a range of system administration and process enquiries.
- Gather and collate information and prepare documentation to support visibility of issues, monitor trends and enable evidence-based decision making.
**About you**
To be successful, you will need:
- Demonstrated knowledge of, and experience working with, a range of human resources systems, such as Learning Management Systems, survey tools and service request platforms to support organisational processes.
- Strong relationships skills, sharing information and collaborating on joined up solutions that will enable consistent delivery to the business.
- Demonstrated research and problem-solving skills to resolve system and process issues and queries.
