Hatch is supporting HCF to find a great People & Culture Reporting and Systems Specialist to join their Business Operations and Strategy team. **About the role at HCF**

The People & Culture Reporting and Systems Specialist is responsible for managing HR systems, reporting and analytics. The purpose of the role is to provide a greater understanding of our workforce and the experience they have through people data. The role also supports and delivers HR projects as required.

**Seniority**

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Responsibilities**
- HR Query Handling - Promptly respond to HR queries and support compliance with HR policies
- HR Analytics and Advisory - Record, track, and analyze human resource metrics to drive insights and recommendations for policies, processes, and systems
- HR Process Management and Improvement - Implement and improve HR policies, technology and initiatives

**Strengths**
- Problem solving - Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems
- Attention to detail - Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exists in information and deliverables
- Numerical problem solving - Works with numerical information and performs mathematical calculations to solve problems

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per hour
