- Flexible working - Work 2 days from home (after training)
- $65K - $70k+ Super
The company:
A leading global insurer based in Melbourne CBD has an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join their driven and well-established team.
The Role:
- Processing and organizing policies
- Supporting launch of projects.
- Communicating with stakeholders as needed.
- Providing knowledge on the process to the offshore team.
- Ensure relevant processes are maintained according to current business practices.
- Assuring the quality and improving the processes as required.
- Managing high-volume processes.
About you;
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong data entry/administration skills
- Insurance/Superannuation industry knowledge is highly desirable.
- An organizer with strong planning ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to network across stakeholders to get things done.
- Target-driven and time management skills.
- Able to work in fast pace environment.
- Experience in Microsoft office (Excel, Outlook etc)
- Must be a Permanent citizen/Australian Citizen
