We're now looking for a talented **Health & Safety Administration Coordinator** to join our **Safety** **Team**.

Reporting to our Group Safety Manager, the role will provide timely, effective administrative support and assistance to the OHS Team by efficiently managing the administration and end-to-end coordination of a range of OHS initiatives.

**Key areas of responsibility include**:

- Assist the Safety Team with coordinating tasks associated with OHS improvement initiatives and projects
- Manage tasks associated with internal/external correspondence, and other information while ensuring privacy and confidentiality
- Actively manage PDs Contractor Management & Safety Management systems
- Maintain strong working relationships with supply and trade partners and provide accurate advice in a timely manner
- Continued engagement, communication and provision of advice and support to Construction Teams to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
- Development, management and refining of administration processes while continually adapting to changing conditions
- Schedule, coordinate and manage administration tasks associated with OHS Training
- Maintain, order, and distribute stock as required (first aid supplies, signage etc.)
- Train and coach internal stakeholders on Safety software systems
- Analyse metrics and create presentations
- Populate and distribute monthly and other reports on time
- Actively manage Supply & Trade Partner queries and where required, escalate in a timely manner

**Who we’re looking for**:
We’re looking for an approachable, initiative-taking, self-motivated, resilient individual who has the following:

- Certificate IV in Construction or Health and Safety and a Certificate in Office Administration or a relevant field are preferred but not essential
- Demonstrated experience where administration activities were a primary or significant part of the role (5+ years)
- Good knowledge of residential and/or civil construction (preferred)
- Strong people skills and experience communicating and educating internal and stakeholders
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience in managing software systems and/or databases
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy
- High-level organisation and prioritisation capability
- Ability to plan and work under pressure, manage conflicting deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision and problem solve
- Advanced time management skills.
