We’re now looking for a talented **Permits Coordinator** to join our Operations team.

**What’s the role all about?**
- Manage strong internal relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer outcomes
- Managing timeframes and client expectations post-sale through the pre-site process
- Obtain and prepare the relevant building permits

**Who we're looking for**:
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:

- Previous experience within the residential building industry preferably related to Permits/compliance with building regulations and/or developer guidelines
- Knowledge of building permit procedures and workflow activities with strong analytical skills and the capability to effectively manage priorities
- Exceptional communication, and conflict resolution skills with external and internal stakeholders through technical and administrative support
- Extensive Administration skillset and ability to manage a large number of files
- Drafting experience and/or use of AutoCAD will be considered favourably but is not essential
