The opportunity
The Human Resources Consultant is a dynamic and engaging role responsible for supporting, coordinating, and administering SRO recruitment, selection and induction activities, and providing advice and administration support for human resources matters.
Reporting to the Manager Human Resource Services, you will be responsible for:

- Coordinating and administering recruitment, selection, induction, and probation processes in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Establishing, maintaining, and administering records on our digital and manual databases, as well as assisting with reporting and analysis of data for monthly and annual reports
- Presenting at induction programs, staff information sessions and briefings.

Who we are looking for

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Proven time management skills with an ability to plan, prioritise and multitask.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Chris21 and Springboard with an ability to manipulate data and generate meaningful reports.
