**About the Role**

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced HR Advisor to join our Human Resources team and the wider Trinity College community. A true generalist role, you will be responsible for providing high quality, responsive, timely HR advice, support and consultancy services to managers and employees across the College across a broad range of HR services including but not limited to, recruitment and selection, learning and development, coaching and mentoring, HR administration, performance management, policy development and review, remuneration and HR reporting. Tertiary qualified in human resources or relevant discipline, you will have a strong customer focus along with exceptional interpersonal skills having worked within a culturally diverse community or similar environment.

**Contract Type**:This is a part-time (0.6 fraction), 12-month fixed term contract.

**Salary Range**: Band Level 3 - FTE $85,390 plus 10.5% Superannuation and 17.5% leave loading.
