Melbourne HR is seeking a high calibre Human Resources Graduate to assist us in providing tailored Human Capital Management solutions to clients in the small and medium enterprise sector. Final year students (particularly those completing a Masters Degree) are also highly encouraged to apply.

Founded in 2014, Melbourne HR is the leader in providing HR services to Small and Medium businesses. Unique in our approach, we cater Ongoing Outsourcing and Short Term HR Consulting solutions to our clients in the SME space. Providing complete HR services, we manage Recruitment, Employee Relations, HR Strategy, Policies, WorkCover and all other aspects of HR for our clients.

**About the Role**:
This role is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring HR professional to learn the ropes and gain valuable knowledge in HR. Initially Part Time, this role will transition to Full Time by years end.

The Human Resources Graduate will travel throughout Melbourne (as well as work from home) to gain exposure to a variety of industries, also receiving expert mentoring from the team at MHR. You will learn and in time deliver the following:

- Assist in delivering HR Generalist services to each assigned client
- Work with the HR Manager to provide strategic HR projects
- Manage and drive organisational performance management
- Deliver an end-to-end recruitment process
- Maintain positive relations with Melbourne HR's clients and their Employees
- Upload documents to our cloud-based server to ensure all files are kept updated
- Deliver on other HR projects outside of the assigned client work as needed by supervisors and management.

**About you**:
You will be looking to put your theoretical knowledge and degree to good use. Keen for experience, you will be hard working, motivated, reliable and able to travel on site to client locations frequently. You will also:

- Have some qualifications and be able to demonstrate both exceptional interpersonal skills & effective written/verbal communication skills

- The ability to multitask & work on multiple projects
- Possess a Valid Drivers License & access to a car

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
