Job Description:

  • Have a strong understanding and knowledge of business analytics to enable and influence leaders to make sound talent decisions and promote employee engagement and healthy/positive/productive employee relations.
  • Partner with client groups to build and execute upon talent plans in achievement of overall business strategy, objectives and goals.
  • Identify and diagnose issues proactively and develop, recommend and implement root cause solutions that enhance employee engagement/experience and business results in a timely manner.
  • Participate and/or lead projects and special initiatives within and outside the HR function as assigned.
  • Promote high professional standards, positive interpersonal relationships and demonstrates L3Harris core values
  • Openness to working across Human Resources domains, including HR Operations, HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • Geographically mobile and willing to work anywhere in the U.S.
  • GPA of 3.0 or greater.
  • U.S. citizen.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is [$55,500.00 MIN - $102,000.00 MAX]. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is [$48,500.00 MIN - $88,500.00 MAX]. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
