The Lancemore Group is looking for a talented HR Consultant to join the Group Director, People & Culture based at the company’s head office in the Melbourne CBD.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Conduct talent searches, research and identify talent in our industry using our available tools and resources
- Work directly with the Group Director of People & Performance
- Assist with general HR admin support
- Track your activity and outcomes in our database/software

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Talented Administrator with a background in Human Resources/Recruitment practitioner, preferably from a customer-focused environment
- Engaging, outgoing and friendly demeanor
- Have a passion to nurture and cultivate a best place to work at all times
- Have strong organsational, task-management, creativity, verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Have a desire to constantly learn, develop yourself to help lead the organisation to excellence
- Possess strong computer skills to include: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous experience working in the Hospitality industry would be highly regarded
- Qualifications in Human Resources would be preferred
