Melbourne, Australia LLS AUS GROUP Full time

We are looking for an experienced HR manager for our Melbourne office, you will be working across all branches of the business providing excellent management and using your skills to excel in the role.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource
- Knowledge of Employment Hero & HR systems management
- A minimum of five years of senior management experience across all HR disciplines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including interviewing, counselling and negotiating.
- Knowledge of job evaluation and classification review processes.
- A good understanding of employment law and the ability to interpret relevant legislation, agreements and policies.
- Well developed organisational and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and control own workload.
- Well developed computer literacy skills within a Microsoft Office environment.
- Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, to a diverse audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Co-ordinate performance management and annual remuneration review process.
- Manage the corporate induction process for new employees.
- Update and maintain human resources information in conjunction with the Payroll Officer in relation to employee details.
- Provide advice to managers regarding underperformance and disciplinary policies and procedures.
- Maintain all personnel files and ensure all compliance with all laws and regulations and demonstrate best practices in relation to personnel information management.
- Work with senior management to develop consistent, equitable and competitive compensation and incentives.
- Use relevant agreements, awards, policies and legislation to provide expert human resources consulting advice to managers and staff
- Report and assist in remedying employee health or safety concerns.
