Moss & Co have partnered with a reputable mid-sized Law firm on the recruitment of a Human Resources Coordinator opportunity. Are you a Legal Secretary looking to step into a HR team? This role may suit you.

The firm offer a range of incentives, an excellent remuneration package and hybrid working with two days from work a week. This roles has variety and is working across the L&D functions, and the day to day HR/administration.

Working with the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for;
- Organising L&D sessions (incl booking rooms/functions)
- Delivering one to one coaching sessions, and small group workshops for employees
- Assisting with training and ongoing support for the IT functions, and Legal Support functions within the business
- Facilitate & monitor L&D Activities
- Assisting with Recruitment & employee onboarding
- Assisting with reports
- Coordinating wellbeing initiatives
- Other ad hoc HR duties alongside HR Manager

This is a Coordinator level opportunity, working with the HR Manager on HR functions & L&D functions. A hybrid working arrangement is offered, with two days from home per a week.
