You will be a part of the AGS Client Services Team who play an integral role in the delivery of AGS’s market development and client service strategy.

**About the role**
As a Service Support Officer, you will primarily provide high quality technical and administrative support services to internal and external clients. This will include:
- providing support and advice to internal and external clients for Webex and GovTeams
- support and training delivery of using virtual platforms and video conferencing systems, including monitoring slides, trouble shooting, moderating questions and setting up and managing break-out rooms
- providing support to the Canberra Office Director in the delivery of Canberra focused office requirements
- engaging in trials or investigations of new technology systems or features within existing systems
- other ad hoc projects as directed.
**About you**
The position is based within the AGS Client Services Team in Canberra. The successful applicant will have honed their skills in delivering excellent client service, with well-developed communications skills (written and verbal) and with experience in providing business support such as technical support and/or administrative support. The applicant will have excellent organisational skills, problem-solving skills, be solutions focused and will have a keen eye for detail to ensure high quality service.
