Randstad is currently seeking several experienced administration officer APS4 to join a high-performing federal government team.

Position description

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitoring shared inboxes
  • Maintaining spreadsheets, trackers, and databases
  • Managing tasks and queues based on established processes
  • Reviewing case information to support risk assessments
  • Processing requests in line with relevant security policies
  • Updating and maintaining web-based customer portals and websites
  • Drafting and reviewing both internal and external communications
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings with stakeholders
  • Providing support to key stakeholders and high-level clients
  • Delivering high-level customer service

Key Capabilities

  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management and organisational abilities

Position Requirement / qualification

  • Australian citizen
  • Baseline Clearance
