**Role Purpose**

In this vital role, you will be at the forefront of delivering comprehensive services, empowering individuals to achieve their fullest potential, and ensuring their rights and needs are met with the utmost respect and care.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**

Evaluating clients' needs and designing, developing, and executing educational, training, and support programs.

Conducting client interviews to determine the nature and extent of their challenges.

Monitoring and documenting clients' progress.

Directing clients to agencies that offer additional support.

Coordinating with community groups to address community issues and raise awareness of available resources and services.

Providing support to families and delivering education and care for to adults with disability in supported accommodation.

Assisting individuals in resolving social, emotional, and financial issues.

Preparing resource proposals, as well as reports for government bodies and other agencies.

Working in various support locations that provide education and community access for individuals with intellectual, physical, social, and emotional disabilities.

Pay: $73,150.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- Working with Vulnerable People Registration (required)
