Are you a motivated and organised administrator with a passion for customer service? Our client, a respected industrial based in the ACT, are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a full time basis.

As the Customer Service Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors while providing key administrative support to the management team. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Acting as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, providing exceptional customer service
  • Supporting general office administration tasks including accurate data entry
  • Assisting with scheduling, coordination, and general office duties
  • Providing administrative support to senior managers
  • Working in line with business priorities and KPIs to ensure operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a similar customer service or administrative role
  • Bright, enthusiastic personality with a professional phone manner
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working in an industrial environment
  • Experience in invoicing, reconciliation, or a finance-related background is highly regarded
