Our client is currently looking for an **ICT Service Portfolio Support Officer** to join the ICT Service Portfolio team.

The ICT Service Portfolio team are responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining the ICT Service Portfolio on behalf of the CIO. The team will build and maintain the Service Catalogue (within a Service Management Framework) and document and monitor the delivery of new services and enhancements that align to business requirements. The team is also responsible for Software Asset Management.

The ICT Service Portfolio Support Officer will have a key role in setting up the section, assisting with designing, developing and building the Service Portfolio, catalogues, frameworks, and documentation.

The ICT Service Portfolio Support Officer will be responsible for ensuring the Software Asset Management (SAM) processes and procedures are followed, and any updates to documentation, registers and the CMDB are maintained.

The ICT Service Portfolio Support Officer is responsible for actively engaging with key internal stakeholders and ensuring all tasks and activities relevant to their role are completed following the relevant policies, procedures and guidelines

**Key responsibilities**:

- _ Managing the Service Portfolio content repository and ensuring it contains current information that aligns with existing processes and procedures._
- _ Maintaining the Service Portfolio, catalogues, framework, and documentation._
- _ Ensuring new services run through a set of standardised activities and procedures to ensure information is documented and provided to the relevant management processes._
- _ Assisting with coordinated regular reviews of services and their design packages._
- _ Ensuring services are within agreed SLAs and fulfilling business offerings._
- _ Ensuring compliance of SAM policies, procedures and processes_
- _ Manage confidential and sensitive information._
- _ Foster a positive culture within the ICT Service Engagement team aligned with Agency values; and_
- _ Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders._

**Essential criteria**
- _ Demonstrated experience in ICT Service Portfolio or Software Asset Management or equivalent._
- _ Demonstrate a strong commitment to meeting agreed work targets and standards._
- _ Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail._
- _ Proven strong relationship and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with ICT technical staff and a variety of stakeholders._
- _ Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including an ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, in a clear and confident manner._
- _ Due to the core business of NDIA and the NDIS, all staff must display a positive contemporary attitude to people with disability. As such, it is highly desirable that applicants have an understanding or lived experience of disability._
