**About the Role**:
- Responsible for the Sales and wider GTM strategy for APAC region. Leading a team of 3 AEs focused on growing new business and expansion sales revenue._
**What you'll be doing**:
- Directly impact the achievement of our ARR Bookings targets in Asia Pacific Region (Priority countries are Australia, New Zealand, Singapore)
- Develop and coach our Account Executives to consistently execute sales processes, MEDDICC and Value selling.
- Build a sustainable Pipeline Generation engine for the Region.
- Forecast and analyze performance data and put measures in place to increase deal sizes, shorten sales cycles and improve win rates
- Establish yourself as a leader not only in the Sales organization but Cross-Functionally (e.g. Marketing, RevOps, Consulting) for APAC
**What you bring**:
- Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
- 3+ years Enterprise software sales leadership experience in the Region
- A track record of leading sales team to overachievement against revenue booking targets
- Examples of developing AE performance and personal growth
- You're comfortable conducting C-level meetings and presenting at events on our solution and value propositions
- You are experienced with managing to MEDDICC and related value-selling methodologies
- You match our FAITH values and have a humble yet strong management style committed to the success of company
**Nice to have**:
- Experience working for a** **Business Orchestration and Automation Technology (BOAT) vendor

**What We Have to Offer**:
**Compensation**
Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.
The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:
- United States: $256,000.00 to $384,000.00
- Germany: €170,300.00 to €255,400.00
- United Kingdom: £165,900.00 to £248,900.00
- Singapore: S$318,000.00 to S$477,000.00
