**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead commercial aspects of renewable energy project development, with a strong focus on contractor and supplier management.
- Identify, evaluate, and select contractors and suppliers for renewable energy projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and requirements.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with contractors and suppliers, including terms, pricing, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors and suppliers, fostering collaboration and driving performance improvement.
- Monitor contractor and supplier performance, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Manage procurement processes and workflows, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop procurement strategies and plans, optimizing costs and mitigating risks.
- Conduct market analysis and supplier assessments to identify potential vendors and assess market trends and dynamics.
- Manage the procurement budget and track expenditures, ensuring compliance with financial targets and reporting requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on procurement processes, policies, and best practices.
- Resolve disputes and issues with contractors and suppliers, working collaboratively to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Support the implementation of sustainable procurement practices, promoting social and environmental responsibility in the supply chain.
- Develop and maintain procurement documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and technical teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the procurement team and across the organization.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial management, procurement, or supply chain management in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, contractor management, and supplier relationship management.
- Proven track record of negotiating and managing contracts with contractors and suppliers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to analyze market trends and supplier performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
