Our agency is currently looking for Real Estate Investment Consultant to join our dynamic and close-knit Sales Department team at Gold 4Life Real Estate. At Gold 4Life, we prioritize work-life balance and value the dedication of our hardworking staff.

Gold 4Life Real Estate, an independently owned and operated firm, specializes in residential sales, auctioneering, property management, commercial sales, and property investment. Located in the CBD, with a rich 14-year history, we have built a stable and loyal client base.

- Possession of a current Agents Representative Certificate (Training can be provided by us)

- At least 1+ years of experience as a sales agent
- Possession of a valid Driver's Licence
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Willingness to participate in additional industry training
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese would be beneficial
- Basic marketing skills in operating and managing social media platforms are considered advantageous

Responsibilities include:

- Prospecting
- Conducting market appraisals
- Client management and communication
- Listing and selling properties
- Conducting open inspections for private sales and auctions
- Assisting co-workers with daily duties

**Job Type**: Commission base or Retainer depending on experiences

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
