The Role


• Prospect, list, and sell residential properties in Point Cook and surrounds


• Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service


• Conduct appraisals, open homes, and negotiations with professionalism


• Enhance CHN's reputation as a trusted, results-driven agency

About You


• Minimum 2 years' experience in real estate sales


• Current Agent's Representative Certificate or Real Estate License


• Knowledge of the Point Cook/Western Suburbs market preferred


• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills


• Driven, self-motivated, and passionate about success
