Real Estate Professional – Join Our Team at Precinct Real Estate (Carlton, VIC)

Are you passionate about real estate and looking to take the next step in your career? Precinct Real Estate is on the lookout for a motivated, reliable, and client-focused professional to join our dynamic team based in Carlton, Victoria.

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting property inspections and open homes
  • Managing leasing duties and tenant inquiries
  • Making outbound calls to prospective tenants and buyers
  • Collaborating with colleagues to support sales and rental campaigns
  • Meeting and greeting clients and providing exceptional customer service
  • General office duties and administration
  • Attending the office daily and contributing to a positive team environment
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in real estate or a similar customer-facing role is preferred
  • A current driver's license and own car – essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the industry
  • Must be able to work from our Carlton office daily
