**Responsibilities**:

- Selling off the plan and established residential properties in Melbourne
- Attend company event and property exhibitions to generate new leads
- Qualify leads and meeting clients, where you will present tailored investment property options and property choices.
- Help the clients find best end-use or investment options.
- Establishing and maintaining client relationships with current and prospective clients
- Possessing high energy and customer oriented attitude to hit and exceed sales targets

**To be considered for this role you will**:

- Be ambitious, confident and self motivated
- Have strong communication skills and rapport building skills
- Be hard working and team player
- Have an outgoing and enthusiastic personality that compliments sales
- Target oriented and work under pressure
- Have a valid drivers license and drive your own car
- Have an Agent's Representative Certificate
- Have minimum 1 year sales or service related experience in any industry in Australia
- Have the Ability to Speak Mandarin Preferred
