**Your new role**
Reporting to the General Manager, Innovation and Delivery - you will be responsible for leading the technical team across data and technology for their end users, business operations and external clients. You will be responsible for provisioning high reliability and high availability ICT systems to support operational excellence and leadership across development, implementation, and continuous business improvement.

**What you'll need to succeed**
This role best suits a self-motivated ICT professional with deep technical grounding, strong people and team management skills, and a preference for working in smaller business where a customer service orientation drives a collaborative team approach to a high standard of delivery.

You’ll also need
- Broad knowledge of existing and emerging IT, OT and communications and networking technologies
- Familiarity with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery concepts and practices
- Understanding of cyber-security risks, threats, and controls
- Understanding of the importance of change management and the user experience
- Experience across project, program, and portfolio management
- Highly developed interpersonal and relationship management skills
