6 Months contract for an ICT Client Services Officer

**Your new company**

This well-known organisation has a friendly and supportive culture. They are currently dealing with high demand in their service desk and looking to add to their team. The initial contact for offer is for 6 months with the potential for a 6-month extension.

**Your new role**
- Provide level 1 and 2 technical advice and support, administration, and training for staff
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Build, deploy and manage desktop assets
- Identify and contribute to business process improvement activities
- Liaise with service providers on technical issues and product roadmaps.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Your previous experience in a Service Desk will see you succeed in this position. Specifically, you will have experience with the following:

- Windows 10
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Outlook/Exchange
- Contributing new ideas and maximising the benefits of change
- Identifying opportunities to improve business processes
- Contributing to strategic planning and decision-making in the work area

You will possess excellent communication skills, including a confident and helpful phone manner. You will also possess sound prioritisation skills and the ability to work well both independently and with others.

**Please be advised as this is the role with the federal government an Australian Citizenship is required. **This role is Adelaide-based but will be required to travel to Murray Bridge and Mildura as needed.**
