Reporting to the General Manager, Corporate Services this critical role will be responsible for the day-to-day management, delivery and support of ICT infrastructure and operational service delivery, to ensure it meets the changing needs of the organisation. Specific responsibilities include:

- reviewing, enhancing and integrating ICT systems for peak operational performance;
- developing and managing seamless backup and recovery programs;
- ensuring effective management of ICT projects within ICT budget allocations;
- leading and managing a small IT team and contractors, ensuring a customer centric service culture is instilled;
- contributing to the organisation’s overall strategic plan and longer-term technology strategy;
- ensuring ongoing system and cyber security risk mitigation strategies are maintained.
