Our aim is to deliver a business class service to every patient attending our practice.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide a high level of customer service to patients
- Patient management; greeting patients promptly and courteously, answering phone enquiries, booking and confirming appointments
- Checking, processing and receipting patient accounts
- Record relevant patient information in electronic patient records
- Transcribing letters
- General administration tasks as required.

Applicant requirements:

- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Attention to detail
- Friendly and empathic personality
- Highly organised
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist and/or with Genie software will be highly regarded but not essential.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 32 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $34.99 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
