Our client, a highly regarded Obstetrician & Gynaecologist with special interest in infertility, has an opportunity for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join their team.

You will provide superior customer service and admin support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Meeting and greeting of patients
- Booking appointments and procedures
- Management of all patient data, correspondence
- Invoicing and receipting of consultations
- Quotations and health fund checks
- Organising procedures and theatre lists
- Genie experience desirable

To be successful for this position you will ideally have previous experience in a medical setting. You will have excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and establish efficient office systems. You will have proven ability to work in a team environment and provide support. You will have exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service.
