**About the company**

Universal Fans is a well, established retail business with numerous online stores specialising in ceiling fans, and ventilation products. We are also distributors for the Fanco and Claro brand, which is rapidly expanding.

**About the role**:
We're looking for a **highly organised team leader **or **senior experienced warranty claims specialist** with impeccable administration and organisation skills to join and lead our warranty service team. This role is based in Oakleigh South and is responsible for the process and management of the Warranty claim requests received from our customers who have purchased Fanco and Claro ceiling fans. **Warranty Claims**
- Balanced workflow distribution between warranty service team members;
- Coordination and management of daily team meetings;
- Handling escalations efficiently and within business guidelines and expectations;
- Demonstrate empathy, problem solving skills and excellent communication;
- Coaching and supporting team members;
- Troubleshoot issues over the phone with customers and electricians;
- Process and diagnose warranty claims through Salesforce including reviewing and ensuring all correct paperwork received;
- Book technicians to attend warranty jobs through a portal;
- Organise parts to be sent to service agents/customer;
- Organise internal testing of products where required.

**Experience and skills required**:

- Min. 3 years’ experience with warranty/servicing of technical products;
- Meticulous attention to detail;
- Passionate about customer service and superior resolution skills;
- Exceptional communication and time management skills;
- Experience using accounting software (such as MYOB or equivalent);
- Experience using Salesforce highly advantageous;
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficient computer skills and a fast learner;
- Superior organisational and administration skills;
- Knowledge of technical/electrical products highly advantageous;
- Ability to establish strong networks with internal and external stakeholders;
- A POSITIVE ATTITUDE

Working in an intimate but busy setting, this is an exciting opportunity to work with our friendly warranty team. Full and comprehensive training will be provided for the role. **Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
