**The Company**

Our client are a well-known supplier and manufacturer of natural goods, who have been operating for over 150 years. With a strong brand and prevalent growth in the market, they are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join their progressive and friendly team; based in the Bayside (South East) area.

**The Role**

Key responsibilities:

- Liaise with consumers and provide support/resolution regarding queries
- Process customer orders
- Receive and process inbound warranty and online claims
- Upsell products and/or provide information on current promotions where possible
- Communicate with other areas of the business to advise of any product issues
- Management of the database

**About You**

Key skills required:

- Prior experience working with customer-focused roles from hospitality, retail or FMCG.
- Proactive and solutions focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Professional/ friendly manner
