The Key Responsibilities are-

·     Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and department heads.

·     Develop comprehensive project plans including schedules, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

·     Monitor and control project progress, adjusting timelines and resources as needed.

·     Collaborate with Production, Commercial and Residential Builders, Project Management, Accounts, HR, and Sales teams to identify operational challenges and implement solutions.

·     Act as a liaison between departments to align project objectives with company goals.

·     Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

·     Estimate and manage project budgets and resource requirements.

·     Coordinate with finance and procurement to control costs and secure necessary materials/services.

·     Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

·     Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

·     Maintain accurate documentation of project processes, milestones, and outcomes.

·     Prepare regular status reports and presentations for executive leadership.

·     Analyse project performance and apply lessons learned to enhance future outcomes.

·     Promote innovation and lean practices in project execution.

Qualifications & Experience requirements: Bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or IT-related discipline. 3+ years of experience managing projects.

Skill required & well versed with: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, or equivalent). Experience in manufacturing, Services, or Technical industries (preferred but not essential).
