- Reference This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager to join a growing team and oversee the daily operations of a Private GP Practice. The Practice Manager will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining and improving the quality of care provided to patients, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

**The Position**:

- Practice Manager

Salary $80,000 - $90,000 + Super

Practice Location is in Malvern, Vic

Managing the day-to-day operations of the Practice, including scheduling, billing, patient relations, and staff supervision

Looking after a team of 3 VR GP's and Nursing staff
- Proven experience in a Practice Manager role, ideally within a private GP practice or healthcare setting

Strong leadership skills and experience managing staff

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
