Based in Tasmania for a privately owned dental practice group, the Dental Regional Manager will be responsible for initially overseeing four dental practices in Launceston.

The role is Full Time and reports to the Operations Manager. Duties will be varied and will include ensuring the practices meet customer service excellence requirements and Infection Control protocols at all times. You will support the practice managers directly and indirectly in the day-to-day function of their practices including staff, mentoring, inhouse marketing and human resources.

You will complete regular meetings at all practices including coaching and mentoring for the best possible outcomes, analyse KPIs and complete inventory control and maintenance of equipment. Preparing Standard Operating Procedures as required in line with current policy, you will support managers to work with all staff to ensure parameters are maintained, completing both clinical and business level discussions with dentists covering production and KPIs. You will also work with the Operations Manager in areas of Business Development and Project Management for your region.

For success you will:

- Be comfortable and skilled in managing people in a dental environment with previous solid experience ideally as a Practice Manager
- Have dental accreditation experience, with a can-do flexible approach
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Always be prepared to listen, observe and think ahead
- Be good at problem-solving, have initiative and be able to clearly explain next steps
- Have intermediate Microsoft office experience
- Be able to work Monday to Saturday
