Opportunity for an experienced Business Development Coordinator to join an inclusive and diverse law firm in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.

**The Role**
As a Business Development Coordinator, you will be joining a team in delivering business development advice and support to internal stakeholders.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Monitor and analyse trends and prospective clients
- Demonstrate effective stakeholder and project management
- Assist in the development of bids and tenders
- Managing all CRM activity
- Liaise with clients, internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate practice group initiatives
- Project management of events including planning, logistics, coordination and execution

**About You**
- Two years’ experience in a similar role within a legal or professional services environment
- Be proactive in approach to marketing, business development and coordinating events
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to multi-task, self-manage and manage time effectively
- Tertiary qualified in Events and Marketing or a related discipline highly desirable
