CPG Group is looking for a talented, dynamic, and organized social media coordinator to oversee an effective marketing campaign to help boost the social media presence of the organization, promote the company brand and drive traffic to its websites, retail spaces and online store.

In the social media coordinator role, you will produce, review, and publish content based on industry trends and analysis with an emphasis on all the available broadcasting networks and social media platforms.

Success in this role will be demonstrated by generating relevant and engaging social media posts to expand brand awareness, internet traffic and sales.

The job responsibilities and duties in this role include:

- Collaborating with upper management, designers, copywriters and / or third-party content creators to provide attractive, targeted and informative campaigns
- Co-ordinating, writing and reviewing media releases, newsletters, blogs and other content
- Scheduling social media posts and monitoring relevant news and content
- Tracking key metrics such as audience engagement, reach referrals, impressions and conversions
- Creating infographics and other engaging visuals
- Maintaining awareness with the latest social media platform developments
- Tracking customer engagement and SEO to optimize campaign content
- Creating and managing lead generation ads across different platforms
- Securing social media passwords

The social media coordinator job requirements include:

- Social media marketing experience is advantageous
- Highly proficient in MS office
- Experience in using social media management software solutions and web analytics
- Working knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and other editing tools
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid editing and presentation skills.
- Creative and innovative
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related fields.

The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator with good business acumen and who understands the importance of a healthy company culture. They will be self-motivated, willing to learn and able to work independently or as part of a team.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:
