**About The Business**
Our client is renowned for providing flexible and sustainable packaging solutions including films, pouches and bags. They are an industry leader with over 50 years of experience in the packaging industry, and partner with well-known brands to provide packaging solutions made with the end of a product's life cycle in mind.
Thanks to their next phase of growth, they are now looking for a HR and Payroll Coordinator to join the team.

**About You**
You’ve worked in Payroll and whether you’re calculating overtime or ensuring the right deductions take place, you always ensure payroll is completed on time and accurately. You thrive in an environment where you can immerse yourself in the detail.
You have a unique balance where you are strong numerically and have good attention to detail, while at the same time you can switch to a more human side and demonstrate understanding of employee situations. You know full well the impact of payroll on the lives of employees and this drives your motivation to get it right and communicate in the right way to these employees.
You're the sort of person who likes to continuously learn and stay up to date with any of the latest changes in payroll legislation, modern awards or other requirements. What you’re looking for is the chance to develop your knowledge in Payroll or diversify your skillset in HR.
**About the Role**
Our client has a healthy respect for the payroll function and you will be supported to structure your day efficiently. This will allow you to zone in on payroll then when you’re finished you can focus on other tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end payroll processing using Attache across all departments in Australia.
- Onboarding new staff members through setting up their payroll, and organising contracts and policies.
- Providing regular payroll reporting and keeping all documentation up to date and audit-ready.
- Recruiting and onboarding factory staff members.
- Facilitating employee performance reviews through organising documentation and being present while the meeting is conducted.
- Managing HR administration including compliance issues and general HR enquiries.
