Role Overview

ROLE TITLE: Digital Account Coordinator

REPORTING TO: Senior Account Manager

LOCATION: Oakleigh, Victoria (Hybrid)

JOB TYPE: Full Time (4 Days Office / 1 Day at home)

You bring a proactive attitude, collaborative spirit, drive and determination to grow your skills and career in digital media and advertising.

Key Attributes

• 1-2 years' experience working in digital media or marketing
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
• Clear, expressible aspirations in Marketing and Advertising
• Capable of project managing concurrent tasks and deadlines across multiple stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail, time management and organisation skills
• Hands-on attitude, proactive in problem-solving and seeking new skills.
• Enthusiasm for fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Confident using MS tools such as Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc
• A positive attitude, growth-mindset and hunger to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Digital Account Manager in end-to-end delivery of digital media campaigns by assisting in developing strategic responses to briefs and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all campaign assets—including media plans and creative materials—are collated, approved and delivered within agreed trafficking and fulfilment timelines.
• Assist in the implementation, optimisation, and reporting of digital media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, track pacing, and identify trends, competitor activity, and optimisation opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams (LF Creative Studio, LF Enterprise & Tech, SEO, etc.) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of client campaigns
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting for all campaigns, aligning performance metrics with client business goals
• Participate in client meetings (WIPs), communicate deadlines, and contribute to campaign planning and execution
• Uphold quality assurance standards and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support the delivery of exceptional client service across a diverse portfolio
