**Position overview**:
The Business Improvement Lead is responsible for the successful project management and delivery of initiatives across Regulatory Operations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the business and support our harms-based regulatory framework. As a project leader, the Business Improvement Lead will oversee cross-functional efforts to implement process enhancements, system upgrades, and technological solutions that streamline Regulatory Operations while ensuring regulatory compliance.
**Who we are looking for**:

- Excellent project or change management skills, with a proven ability to plan and prioritise.
- Proven ability to provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships, manage interactions with for a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to prepare reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- A tertiary qualification in management, quality, continuous improvement, or relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience is desirable.
