**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced Business Improvement Project Manager to work across a range of initiatives, partner with multiple areas of the business and ensure the progress of the initiatives is being tracked. Reporting to the Global Head of Product Development and Business Excellence, this Melbourne based role will require you to liaise with senior managers.
If you're looking to focus just on IT projects this probably won't be the right role for you, as this role will be wide and varied, covering business and commercial initiatives.

**Responsibilities key to the role will include but not be limited to**:

- Tracking and monitoring various business improvement projects to ensure they are working towards the agreed scope, budget and schedule
- Drive the identification and implementation of innovative new methods, processes or systems for delivering projects
- Manage risks, issues and dependencies across multiple projects and program streams
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with project delivery partners, vendors and stakeholders internally and externally

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Previous project management experience, with successful delivery of projects within the scope, budget and on time
- PRINCE2/PMP qualifications or equivalent
- Well demonstrated capabilities of managing a broad range of stakeholders for large and complex organisational wide digital business transformations
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. proven aptitude for communicating effectively with a variety of audiences
- Experience preparing high quality status reports and project presentations suitable for executive level audiences
- Proven ability to deliver to agreed deadlines, as well as meet budget, quality and specifications
