We are seeking a skilled Business Process Improvement Leader to join our team. As a Business Process Improvement Leader, you will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Own the process for strategy deployment with local functional leaders, ensuring connectivity to the strategic plan and effective execution.">
  • Role model Lean Leadership at every level, using visual management, daily accountability, gemba walks and leader standard work.">
  • Prioritize initiatives based on impact and ease of implementation, oversee project funnels and coordinate the Steering Committee.">
  • Buildeventhe continuous improvement mindset and behaviour across functions, implementing the standard implementation framework and other methods.">
  • Lead significant process improvement projects throughout the year, role modelling excellence and having a positive impact on results.">
  • Oversee a program of work to improve business process maturity and data analytics.">

Internal - Senior Leadership, Operations, Customer Care, Service Operations & Engineers, Product Managers, Sales Specialists, Finance, HR, IT, Safety, Quality, Regulatory.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

You should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.

In addition, you will need to have a proven track record of delivering process improvements and driving cultural change.
