About the role
The Head of Innovation and Improvement is pivotal in advancing effective and consistent improvements and initiatives across the organisation, collaborating with our customers across the Victorian Government and all levels of management to implement, monitor, and review new initiatives and ensure alignment to strategic goals
Job Requirements
- Substantial knowledge, capability and experience in leading strategic initiatives with strong recognition as a leader in organisational transformation.
- Superior stakeholder management skills with the ability to credibly communicate, negotiate and influence strategic outcomes
- Demonstrated experience in leading complex business change initiatives that deliver customer-focussed and efficient services.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

**Successful applicant will have the opportunity to**:

- Oversee the establishment and delivery of an innovation and improvement framework to maximise Cenitex's competitive advantage through an effective operate model
- Lead continuous improvement of key processes across the organisation
- Provide authoritative advice and guidance to the CEO, Board, Executive Leadership Team and peers regarding innovation and improvement opportunities
